TEDA Filters has ISO-9001:2000 as certified by LLOYD’s of the Great Britain. TEDA Filters has four melt-blown production lines (three production lines imported from the United States). A 2.4 meters dual components line entered into production in March, 2008. TEDA Filters specialized in using melt-blown technology for the production of air filtration material, liquid filtration material, thermal-wear clothes, automobile sound and heat insulation material.
TEDA has various test equipment to examine the quality of all its products. Among them, there are 3 TSI-8130, 1 TSI 8110, Coulter Liquid Filter Micro-pore Test Instrument, Frazier Penetration Instrument, TMI Thickness Instrument, and a U.S. made QCII-XS Tensile Strength Instrument. TEDA Filters relies on these advanced testing equipment to ensure the quality and stability of its products.
TEDA Filters newly developed micro-fiber polypropylene melt-blown thermal insulation material (TEDA Mian) is been designated as the supplier of thermal-wear uniform for the Peoples Liberation Army and the Military Police of the Peoples Republic of China. TEDA Mian has two products, one with PP and PET and the other PP. They have the superior property of light-weight, thin, soft, breathing and moisture-resistant. They are desirable and comfortable for wearing. The PP-PET product has added advantage of fluffy, elastic and heat-insulating.
Eco-friendly energy-saving air filtration material is another new product of TEDA Filters. It combined the melt-blown, Corona, and calendaring into one, thus achieves outstanding properties of high efficiency, large dust-collecting capacity, and low resistance.
TEDA Filters melt-blown composited HEPA grade air filtration material has successfully replaced glass-fiber filtration material widely used by hospitals, bio-pharmaceutical manufacturers, chemical fiber manufacturers for their air filtration needs.
TEDA Filters medium filtration material uses the technology of melt-blown dual structure which gives large dust-collecting capacity, low-resistance. It meets the up-to-date European Standards EN 779:2002.
TEDA Filters medical facial masks material meets European Standards EN14683:2003, BFE exceeds 99%. The industrial facial mask material meets European Standards EN 149:2001 and the U.S. Standards NIOSH 42 CFR-84. They can be used to manufacture facial masks of European Standards FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, and the U.S. Standards N95, N99, N100, R95, R99 .
TEDA Filters liquid filtration material has two types, micro filtration and regular filtration. The micro-filtration is for 0.5 micron to 10 micron and the regular filtration is for 20 micron to 60 micron. The width of these products are 10-20 inches.
TEDA Filters melt-blown dual components auto material has high sound insulating capability and meets the flammability standards of the U.S. FMVSS No.302 low water content and good heat-resistance.
